1966 | Business started as distributor of farm and industrial machinery, equipment and supplies as Austin-Davies Distributing Corporation, a Texas corporation located in Earth, Texas. |

1967 | Business moved to Amarillo, Texas to improve distribution capabilities. |
1968 | Fred Austin, Sr. and his son Fred Austin, Jr. purchased the interest of Mr. Davies and changed the name of the company to Austin Distributing and Manufacturing Corporation. |
1969 | Texas Associated Enterprises, a soap distributing company owned by Fred Austin, Jr. was merged into the corporation. |
1975 | Soap products were dropped from the company¹s product line. |
1976 | A branch office and warehouse was opened in Odessa, Texas. |
1977 | A branch office and warehouse was opened in Abilene, Texas. |
1978 | Built a new warehouse in Amarillo, Texas; purchased additional warehouse space in Odessa, Texas and closed the facility in Abilene, Texas. |
1979 | The corporation expanded its operations in Amarillo over the years and built an addition to the facility during the same year. |
1980 | Fred Austin, Sr. and Ruth Austin retired. The corporation moved into a new office; leased from its major stockholder. |
1982 | Completed an addition to the Odessa Facility. |
1983 | Sold the office and warehouse in Odessa to Fred Austin, Jr. and leased from him. |
1984 | A branch office and warehouse was opened in Wichita, Kansas. |
1990 | A branch office and warehouse was opened in San Antonio, Texas and a major addition was completed on the Wichita facility. |
1993 | The San Antonio branch was relocated. New facility is leased from its major stockholder. |
1995 | The San Antonio branch added on 7,600 square feet. |
1996 | The Wichita branch completed a 6,000 square foot addition. |
2004 | Business sold to the current owners.. |
2015 | The Corpus Christi location was opened. |
2016 | The business named changed from Austin Distributing to Austin Hose. |
2017 | Daniel Cramer was named CEO The Oklahoma City, OK location was opened. |
2021 | Austin Hose acquired Power Track International. |
2022 | Austin Hose acquired GT Southwest Hose. |
2024 | Odessa moved into their new state-of-the-art 110,000 sq ft facility. Amarillo moved into their new 100,000 sq ft corporate headquarters in Amarillo Texas. The Austin Texas location was opened. |
